Introduce mathematics to children should be start as soon as possible because strong fondation in math will make him learn it faster in the future.
You can pretend playing shopping game with them so they can learn mathematics basic. It would be better when you provide some toys that related to that topic, like cash register toy. It will helps children practice coin recognition, addition, and subtraction.
